This privacy policy applies to the mobile application AIVancePro (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and to the website aivancepro.fr.

The AIVancePro app is published by Alexandre Saraiva, registered as a micro-entrepreneur (France).

1. Data Collection

We collect data that you provide to us directly, such as your profile information (name, email, age, etc.), your training data (exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE), your goals, and your body measurements.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

• Personalize your experience and training programs through our AI.
• Track your progress and provide relevant analytics.
• Power community features (if you choose to use them).
• Improve our artificial intelligence algorithms.

Your training data may be used anonymously to improve our AI models, but it will never be shared with third parties in a way that would allow you to be personally identified.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Interactions within community features (feed, messages) are visible to other users based on your privacy settings.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted during transfer and storage.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the application settings.

When you delete your account, we commit to permanently erasing your email address, profile information, training data, and any other personal information from our databases within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Health Data (Apple Health and Health Connect)

If you enable it, AIVancePro connects to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This connection is optional: the app works fully without it, and nothing is read or written until you have given explicit permission in the system dialog.

What we read, solely to populate your tracking and adapt your programs: weight, body fat percentage (iOS), calories, distance, heart rate and step count (iOS).

What we write, solely from what you recorded in the app: your workouts (strength and cardio) with their duration, estimated active energy, distance, the heart rate you entered, plus weight and body fat percentage (iOS). We never write a value you have not seen.

Legal basis. Health data is a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR. We process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you connect and withdrawable at any time.

What we never do with it. Your health data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties. It is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. By way of exception to section 2, it is also not used to improve our artificial intelligence models, not even in anonymised form. It is never passed to our community features.

Withdrawal and deletion. You can cut the connection at any time: on iOS from Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › AIVancePro, on Android from Health Connect › App permissions. Withdrawal immediately stops all reading and writing. Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect belongs to you and can be deleted from those apps; data held in your AIVancePro account is erased along with it (section 5).

7. In-App Purchases

We do not store any payment information. Transactions are processed securely by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store).
