How to Perform This Exercise

  1. 1 Sit on the floor, knees bent, feet slightly off the ground.

  3. 3 Lean your torso slightly back to engage the abs.
  4. 4 Rotate your torso to one side then the other, touching the floor each rotation.
  5. 5 Keep feet stable and control the movement without rushing.
