How to Perform This Exercise
- 1 Stand, band under feet.
- 2 Raise your arms to the sides to shoulder height, elbows slightly bent.

- 5 Avoid using momentum and keep the movement smooth and controlled.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Letting the knees cave inward during the movement.
