How to Perform This Exercise

  1. 1 Sit on the machine and adjust the seat and pad to your body.

  3. 3 Curl your legs while contracting the hamstrings.
  4. 4 Hold the contraction at end range for one second.
  5. 5 Return slowly to the starting position while resisting the weight.
